Trustworthy Wedding Planning provides professional wedding planning and coordination services. Our services include venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, day-of coordination, and related consultation services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely decisions, and adhering to payment schedules. Clients must communicate changes or concerns promptly to ensure successful event coordination.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established in individual service agreements. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services. Final payments are due 30 days prior to the event date unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the initial deposit. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to the full contract amount.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
